Thread: moving with the wind flags (flash?)

Here I am again folks,

As I told before I am just reneweing my companies website www.lusopipe.com.

I would like to put at the entrance, 3 flags movind in the wind, Portuguese, Spanish and English.

I don't mind to use them directly if someone already has them, but still would very much appreciate a short explanation of hwo I could do them myself.
I have Flash Dreamweaver instaled in my computer, but it's the chinese version. (it's a joke... for me it's like chinese....)
