    Default HTML vs Text boxes

Okay... I know now that the SEs like to see page headers in html so am changing all my titles.

My question is: Is it better to have all of your content written in html or in the text boxes to make the SEs happy?
    Thanks in advance!

What is (to a certain degree, not as much as in the past) important to SE, is that certain important elements in your page, as f.e. Titles, are placed there usingHTML's headers (H1, H2, .... H6).

The normal content in the page can be placed in normal BV text.

However, SE ourdays can read easily text in normal textboxes (they are conained in DIVs created by BV) as well. But using headers will allow them to see what are the important pieces of text in your page.

So it is not going to hurt my optimization if I keep my content in text boxes? Less work for me....
    Thanks George!

No, it won't. But, as said, important pieces of text, that can be also used to describe your page content, or the titles, should be made using headers.

If you ask me... all of it is important! LOL
Thanks George! I understand much better now and will make sure I have the appropriate headers and subheaders.
    You are the best!

    Dori,
The text boxes place the text into the page using html - but making it easier for you - they put in the color and coding. The difference when you do the header, is you're giving it information the BV text boxes don't know. So it's all still html that the se's are reading!

Hi Bethers... thank you! Without you, Naval and the rest of the fabulous BV team, I would be lost! I have learned so much in the last month... it amazes me.
