Hi, when you created the iframe you would have given it a name? IE: Iframe.
When you want a link to appear in the iframe from a menu or hyperlink, enter your url to the page as normal, but in the target box type Iframe.

Give your Iframe a name. Then, when you set the link, in the field "Target" type the name of the frame.
