    Default Using HTML

    Whenever I try to put in a code nothing happens, I click on "ok" and nothing happens.

    Select html on the top left of BV, right click inside the
    box, select 'properties', then right click inside the box
    and select 'paste'. Your code will appear.

    (you'll have to 'preview' to see it in action)

    Tygra,
    Have you published your page yet? You can not view the html until it is published. What are you seeing on your screen? If you can give us a link it might be easier to help with the problem.

    Using the preview icon just to the left of the publish icon, I usually
    have no problem viewing the html item that I paste inside the box.

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
    <html>
    <head>
    <title> Interspecies Conflict Videos </title>
    </head>
    <body>
    <h1> watch these animals go head to head</h1>
    <h4> Tigers Lions, Pythons and Crocodiles</h4>
    <h6> confrontations between these beasts </h6>
    <p> some of the most <b>exciting, dangerous and powerful animals</b> <i> in the animal kingdom</i></p>

    You don't put the title in by using html - right click on the page - in page properties it asks you for the title - and the meta description, etc - those get added there.

    Hi.. The metatags section is for your metatags..learn more about that by searching the term metatags through the search tool above...html is best added in the html box offered on the left side of your webbuilder.. Doug

    You would do exactly what I said in the above post:
    right click on the page - in page properties it asks you for the title - and the meta description, etc - those get added there.
    You don't need to write the title and description in html.

    If you want to add further meta, you would also do it by right clicking on the BV page - go into "Page html" - click on Between head tag - and add the other meta there. But BV has made adding the title and description very easy for you.

    Thanks Bethers, one more question though, with a template how do you get it to fill the whole screen? because there is one and a half of the template on my screen.

    You can use Photoshop, Paint.Net or even MSN Paint to make adjustments and the best size template for your website.

    For some strange reason when I go to save it in paint it says there may be loss of colour because of the format, and when I save it and check it has lost some colour.
