Thread: Any one know how to creat this???

any one know how to create this shout box found at this site http://eigho.com/design2/ , as you can see when someone types there message in it ***** up under the message box any ideas?

Just this last week someone gave two links on shout boxes. Do a search... I am not sure where it was.

The links I mentioned were to two different programs that create shout boxes which I believe is what you want to do. If you find this thread that has the two links, you will be able to have your choice of programs to create your own shout box.
