About LinkBacksI am Turkish , and we have (ğüşöiç ) at our alfabeth, I want to use this letter on my web page,I have arranged at page properties but when I tried to add any text page does not accepted this characters, any way to do this pls

You need to set not only the page properties, but also the Default Character set for Non Unicode Programs . Have a look at BlueVoda Using Different Languages to see how this can be done. Please read the bottom note about this issue.
