Is it just the red lines you are looking for? In BV you can do this by adding the line (see top row of icons) or you could use the shape feature.
If you wanted a line like the ones here, you might have to use an image to get the effect this has.
Thanks very much for the quick response Bethers. I have already managed to do the links, similar to that one. I'm stucked on the lines. I checked the top row of icons in BV but couldn't find anything as such.
I think I'ma need some more details.

Bethers, how can I rotate the line. I only get horizontal one from VB. How can I make it vertical?

There is no vertical line. Create a rectangle, and stretch it to be narrow as line
