Thread: Form Building Question

I am sure that there is a script written to accommodate this request:

In order for the customer to submit a form, there are certain fields that I want to have completed or the form will not send. Where can I find the script for this, or is there another (easier) way to accomplish this request? If there is a script, does this need to be placed on a separate page (like the thank you confirmation)? If so, I would assume that the separate page would require all of the form elements...
