And was told to insert the template by background not insert as picture.

How can this be done .

And where are the best flash animations themes

Are you talking about using bluevoda or hard coding? If bluevoda you can add as an image, there should be an icon for add image at the top, and then place items on top. If you are hard coding then you might want to refer to this thread i posted earlier.

Blue Voda does not support .png.

And when you say you want the template to cover the whole page - everyone's computers are set at different resolutions - so what is whole screen for you might not be for someone else. If you mean you want to use a fluid template that changes with their screen - Blue Voda will not work with that, as it is a static web builder.

If you are able to convert the png file over to .jpg or .gif image then you will be able to insert this as an image on your blue voda page ... as in it's file state now you cannot ... this can be done ...

Yes I have converted the files to jpg , gif osv .
But then the template just shows up as a picture and not a template on the page.

How do you install templates bought ?

Try right-clicking on the page.
Then Page Proporties.
Then Select "Background" Tab
Then next to the image text box click the ... button to browse.
Find your file and click submit or save.

Don't know if that will work but you can try. It's an alternative to the other method you were trying.

Hi all!

So as it has been said here, Voda Host doesn't support the Fluid Templates, which makes / adjust the site to whatever graphic definition a user may have.
That's a pitty, I would very much have that option :s

About Templates, I have seen a few nice ones.

My question is can I buy a Template and put in Voda Host!?

No.. you cant buy those and pull them into bv without some serious work, like replacing images etc.. but you could very easily duplicate those kinds of templates with bv. You can try.. import new page from html and see what you come up with.

The members trying to answer your question here are ALL volunteers and it is imposible to give a definitive answer unless a member has knowledge of that particular template.

You have been warned, advised and helped, but you should explore this further with the template maker and then return if further help is needed.

btw: the tone of your last 2 posts leave a lot to be desired..............

Problem is that I'd like to know something bout the issue posted above, because, If it allows me to do what I intend to, I would buy the Template, if not no.

not sure why you would want to buy the template. it would be very easy to duplicate the format using your own pictures and words. once you make the page to your liking, just save it as a template and then make each page of your website using the template that you made.

I cant answer you and tell you with 100% assurance that you could IMPORT that template and make it 100% work with BV. I could, but then I KNOW html and how to work around that into bv. Your best bet is NOT to buy it, but to attempt to make it in bv or very similar. The problem will be most likely that that template is set into tables or divisions with css and you will have to make adjustments and customize things differently in bv which uses absolute positioning which you really cant alter without MUCKING up things even if you upped it to the server and then pulled it off to edit the coding.. so again.. DONT BUY IT unless your skills and knowledge allow you to do this. IF they were... then why BUY the template?
