How can I get this cool little logo into a website?

just do a search (top of this page) for favicons...........lots of info available.

one more question,

I uploaded a 16x16 pixel .ico file called favicon.ico onto the root directory of the site, but I only see the favicon when i go directly to the site from the address bar; not if I use any links on the site.

Do you know what I can do adout this?
