Thread: Cannot see images or backgrounds or buttons or pretty much anything?!

Alright i teseted my site today again but when i went on it, it did not show everything only the URL in the buttons and some writing not much more. whats going on see website at www.Trigger004.com

OMG sorry im such an idoit sorry man I got to look at other thread very sorry for this,
but might as well make another question on this thread rather then making another.

Question 1- what is php i want to make a forum, yes i got the tip to intall php then go to fantasico to get it but where do i go to install php do that, sorry but i never made websites before and its kinda hard?
