Are you using the file extension .jif or .gif?

Hi... When you right click on a picture in web builder and go to properties.. the location of you picture will be shown as well as how it is formatted i.e. jpeg... gif... tiff... and on and on.. (jpeg and gif work best)... when I save a picture I plan on using in the web builder I usually save it to BV Images...if you change the location of the picture on your computer sometimes the program will not be able to locate it...It's address has to be the address the web builder calls up to show... Hope that helps...Doug

I believe BV only supports jpg jpeg gif and maybe png.
try gif - jif is an unknown to me..
