    Arrow link to .pdf file?

How do I link to a .pdf file? I would like to do this without creating a page for the file. For example, I want to link an article to some descriptive text on a webpage. What is it I'm missing?

Take the .pdf file and upload it into your website directory. You can do that via the ftp manager in your control panel or in the bluevoda webbuilder software.

Then highlight the descriptive text on your webpage and click on the hyperlink icon in your menu bar or go to Insert, then Link. Either way will bring up the Insert Hyperlink box. Link type: http and in the URL line, type the path to your pdf file. ie, http://www.yourwebsite.com/article.pdf
I ususally set the target to "Blank" so that the pdf opens up in a seperate browser window, but that is up to you.

Once that is done, then publish your page. That should be it!
