Thread: How to add unique response code to thank you page

I would like my thank you page for a form submission to have a unique response code for each submission. We are sending gift cards out, then once the form is submitted the client can write the code on the card in order to have it redeemed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think that this would need a PHP script in order that the visitor could not use a back button to keep throwing up the thankyou page.!!
