Thread: Combobox & Insert Layer Tutorial Available?

Is there info somewhere on how to use the Combobox function?
I'm so confused as to how it works and what it actually perform.

Also, what exactly is the Insert Layer function??

I'm looking to do a drop down menu (within an inline frame format-so that future edit will only need to be performed on one page, rather than all). I followed another threads instruction on how this is accomplished with a TRANSPARENT background drop list (where the dropped menu is "over" the existing page). How do I make one where the drop down menu is NOT transparent covering the background page without having to enlarge the inline frame itself? I'm sorry if it's too confusing...

Example: like the drop menu under Categories for example...

Hi, the insert layer is for for anything you may want that may want a different opacity to something else on the same page. (Or at least one of the uses) http://www.collectors-info.com/testing/layers.html


If you want to have a common menu for all pages. I would recommend the .php route at this page. LINK

With a link can I call a layer up and onto the present page like an image?
