How do i add a exe. file to my website

Add it to a zip file.
Upload the zip to the server. Use File Publisher or FTP manager to do this.
Then create a link to the zip file. You can use a button, image or text to create the hyperlink. e.g. http://www.debysite.com/zipfilename.zip.
