Can enyone help me with setting up an auto-responder via cpanel.

Hi Simon,

Log into your control panel like you say, choose mail icon (not webmail) you will then be at Mail Manager, choose auto responder, then you will see where to add auto responder, on the next page there will be a drop down menu for you to choose which email address you would like to add an auto response from, you will also see where you can type in the response you would like to send, subject, from, etc., then choose create and then I would test this by sending an email to see if you receive an auto response.
