Thread: Form

Having problems like all other's. I have created a form page for my club, and published it.

Trying to test it, and of course does not work.

1.The thank you page does not appear after I submit it? I did publish it, not sure where it is.

2. How do I get the information sent to my email address.

I went over the tutorials over, and over. still don't get it.

Please help someone.
