    ok here goes
    1. open new page
    2. right click background and choose size of your page - the default size is 800 x 600 so let's leave it that way.
    3. choose background tab and pick out the background color you want
    4. go to shape tool in menu bar
    5. choose the square, double click on the square and choose the color, let's choose white and at the bottom of the configuration box is enable border, click on that and choose 2 or 3 for the border size and choose black
    6. make the square any size you want and then fill in the white square with pictures and text.
    7. save the page and publish it.
you should read some of the tutorials if you are this new to making websites. they are easy to understand and lots of fun to work with.
    hope this helps,
