Hi, usually with this type of photography it is done by a specialist that will visit your property & take many images that are taken away for a special process. There maybe DIY versions about, but havnt seen one. Will keep my eye on this post just in case.

I did a quick Google search and found this site that could prove to be useful.

It goes into a great deal of depth including equipment used to take the pictures.

Looks like as long as you can take the picture and get it converted to the right format you can use any number of methods to display it.
