Thread: How to change my move

I would like to update my windows media player movie, I have published the page 3x and the old one still plays. But from the web builder in preview it plays the updated one. Do I need to remove the old one ????????

Hi, try hitting F5 many times to clear your machines cache when you have the page up on your screen. The old version may be caught up here.

Thanks for the suggestion I tried it and the old one is still playing.

P.S.
and if I do have to remove the old one where do I go to find it ???I went to cpanel and can't find a file that would contain it???????

Hi, assuming you published to the public_html? it should be in this area. Just for idea & worth a quick look! you havnt by accident published the page under a different name?

I didn't change anything just the movie and saved the page and republished,and republished.........and so on.I even tried to publish with no movie at all and the same one still played. Any and all ideas are welcome thanks
