Thread: Search box

Hi,

I am trying to create a book site but I have no idea how to create a basic search box like the one on www.alibris.com. I want my users to be able to type in the name of a book, the author etc and press search. Does anyone know what I should do?

is the information going to be on your site or on the web entirely. i tried to use this search but had to have the name of the book or the name of the movie. is that what you want? you can google under search boxes and several come up. if it's on your site then i would do a drop down menu or a bookmark. for bookmark, collectors has a great thread:
