Default Positioning graphics on a page

After adding an image to my page, I know I can grab the handles and resize it, but there are no handles for tilting it one way or another. Is there any tool or other method for doing so? I want to add little scissors and pawprints to my header (patterned after my business card which has these images randomly placed at angles around the card). Thanks for any help.

BV does not have this tool. there are software programs that allow you to do this. Picture it, Paint.net are 2 that do this. Paint.net is free and picture it cost very little. i would be more than happy to do this for you if you want to send me the images. you can send it to waynemartin29athotmaildotcom
also tell me what you want or send me a copy of your business card and i will manipulate the picture and send it back
