Can the osCommerce Shopping Cart be added to my website:

If not, can I copy and paste all my web design over to the osCommerce application?

OSCommerce would become your webbuilder. You could add it as the shopping pages, but then the look of the site would change - you can't integrate the 2 as you're asking.
