Is there a way to inbed a document into your site, and have some one click on it, then it opens up in word or a PDF. then from there they can print out the document?

Oh I see....ok I haven't really tinkered with anything like that but if I do find an answer I will let you know. I believe with word if you have a file that you wrote up and you want a viewer to see from word....I believe they would also have to have microsoft word on their computer to view it and I think they would have to download the attachment to view on their computer. As far as adobe...there are still some people that don't have adobe so if you do use a pdf file...you will have to have your viewer download adobe reader to view it.

This may help you

Use the FTP Manager in the Tools menu and upload your PDF document to the server. Then on your page create a text link like "Click here to open" or something like that. The url must then be something like this: http://www.yourowndomain.com/mydocument.pdf
When visitors click the link, the document will open seperately and can be printed from there. I highly recommend tou convert your document to PDF for security reasons. You can set the security that does not allow copying or editing the document, etc.
