Default Converting Video Clip To Flash

I edit my short video clip using Adobe Premier Pro2. When saved, it saves as a Windows Movie format.
I was told that, for best results, I should convert this and use Flash format in order to put clip on my webpage.
How, exactly, do I convert this Adobe-saved clip to a Flash format? Is this something that must be done while editing in Adobe, or after?

    Thank you
    Paul

If you are already getting a WMV or AVI file, take a look at these options and converters I recommend.

Also....look into Flash encryption -- to protect your creatives from being viralized.

And get into the habit of doing a Forum Search to pull up solutions mentioned many times before.....it's a lot easier on all of us!
