After I've added jpg images I had a problem previewing them -
some of images were not there. There were only red crosses instead.
What is the problem?

Hi, whats your site url & ip address.
I'm still in the process of building my site.
Some jpg images look correct while previewing, others just disappear....
Is it a common problem?
Hi serkoti,
Are you sure all the images are in your bluevoda/images file?
Be sure of that and try again.

Having spaces in the name or a symbol in the name can cause the problem.

The above example may cause the red X problem.

Hi,
I have this problem a lot. I have found that basically.... your webpage needs the image uploaded into its files so that it has a "directory" for it. To fix this problem, I've started using photobucket. All you have to do is upload your image into photobucket, and then copy the direct link that photobucket gives you for the image and paste that into the image url line. This way, when BlueVoda looks for the image, it doesn't need your harddrive to find it.
When you publish a page all photos are tranferred to the server. There is no need for your hard drive once you publish.
You will be slowing your page load to have to go to another server.
Also, if you move your images to a different location on your computer after you have inserted them into a page you will get the red x as the path to the file has changed.
