What kind of template? Or, better yet, maybe the number of the template and where you purchased it, so we can see exactly how to structure our replies....

PS: "Shareware" is a type of software -- as in distribution ... as would be "freeware" and "open source." There are a whole mass of suitable programs out there to edit templates with (many of them free), but each editor is usually dedicated to one type of programming: Flash, HTML, etc. Knowing the template and how it is "built" helps to steer you in the right direction to suggesting an editor.
