Thread: Photo File Sizes

Hi there folks,
a query from the pixel uneducated.
What is the best way to resize photos for uploading? I have used pix-resizer, which is very good, but the files are still rather large, any smaller and the quality goes. I make tiaras and jewellery so picture quality is very important. I have also switched to soholaunch, so my apologies if I should be posting in that section. on the manage file tab, list of photos etc, there is the red square that indicate the file size is too big. What is the upper limit for file size and how do I get them smaller? Sorry for being so dim, my mind is completely frazzled!!!

Do a Google search for thumbnail software, there are plenty of free ones around.
