    Default Audio

I've been away on holiday and am now back to try and finish my web site...owever, there's somethng I need to ask about audio.

I want to put some audio in the background, as it were, on my homepage but when I preview the file it's very much in your face. Is there any facility for regulating the audio volume when the file is imported?

    Help greatly appreciated

    leethesign,
there is a free program called audacity. just goo gle it.
if you are going to export as an mp3 again then you have to download the LAME file from the download site you used for the program.
you may as well download them both at the same time.
    that mp3 exporting is handy.

in audacity, open a music file.

in the tool bar select edit>select>all.
in the tool bar select effect>amplify
then move the slider to the left for less volume.

    hope this helps,

    charlie
