I have 4 pictures and have inserted tables to frame them.I need to manipulate individual cell sizes. Is this possible ?

Yes, click on a cell and resize with the handles.............

David, I tried but the handles are affecting ALL the cells.
I have a table with 4 cells.2 above and 2 below. I need to resize just the height of the bottom 2 cells.
