Default AVI file to Windows media facility in Vhost

Hail the reader and bless the respondent.
I have produced a filmlet in my pinnacle studio editing suite. One and a half minute duration.
I have rendered it in MPG. The Windows media (opened by the icon in the side menu) facility in the web builder does not seem to like it as in preview all it does is show a quick time logo and no movement.

I than rendered it as an AVI file which plays in Windows Media player.

How do I get it from there into my web page please.
    Thank you

    Hans

    Just a thought.

If you render it into .wmv file, Windows Media Player will load/play it faster.

Here is how I managed the transfer.
I played the video in windows media player on my desk top, right clicked on the page as it was playing, and it showed me the file properties. It does not let you paste and copy at that time, so I wrote down the exact URL which I entered in the properties menu of the windows media facility created by the Voda Host Windows Media icon taken from the left icon bar on the web design page.

Hope this is clear if not... write and I shall endeavour a nother explanation. It works.
