Thread: Problem with displaying UTF-8 cyrilic characters

Hi

I have a small problem. Whenever i make a page with bluevoda or other page buliding software and it cantains cyryilic characters for example (č).
When previewing the page its all good, but when i upload it i get a symbol instead of the cyrilic letter.

I read that i am supposed to edit .httacess files. But apache is definetly my strog side for know so i would realy apriciate some help.

In case the .httacess is the case here. Please let me know also if i have to re upload the entire site, or will it work fine after the fixup.

Thank you David. This covers the bluevoda part, ehat about the site that was build couple of year ago and is now just hosted at vodahost.

Before on the previous hosting provider the (č) letters displayed correctly.

Fixed it, html encoding got mixed up.
