Can anyone help me by posting a typewriter style java or html script to replace the bluevoda marquee? Ideally, one you have used/tested...

Do you mean a sort of fade in and fade out textual script like this one:.

If you mean like what shows up on signs like at banks etc.. thats an animation. Its either done in flash or animation software.

Not on my computer. I seen a lil master card flash slide show..but no text ticker.

My fault; if you follow the 'news' link you will see the ticker. Digging deeper I've found a script here:http://members.core.com/~rnbovara/typeit.html

However, what I really like about the bbc script is its ability to add a timeout delay per story. Any ideas how I could modify the above script to create a timeout per line or over multiple lines? I looked at the BBC script source and it contains a timeout whihc allows you to read the headlines.
