How do you add an alt tag?

An Alt Tag is if you hover your mouse over a picture it says something.
I want to have it in this format

Name
Description
Type

^ 3 lines

Also I need to have it color coated so I need to know how to do that

Does anybody know?

Example: www.BOBBAvalues.com
If you hover over the picture it does that.

Here is what you are looking for. Run you mouse over the highlighted, underlined text to see the effect.

Thats not a link it is just a header for that section the stats are displayed next each team (during the season, its the off season now).

Ok im confused with step #3.

Do i put it in the HTML where it says "Inside Tag"

and even when I do that it doesn't work.

I even copied and pasted the example and it didnt work.

I put the HTML in the page settings though so I know I did that right.
