If after reading and watching the information available you still have problems just come back the forum and someone will help you.

Also - when you update published pages you need to re-publish. This will overwrite your previous page of the same name. Remember your browser cache may still show the old one so hit and hold the shift key when browsing your new page (this forces the browser to download the new page from the server and bypass the cache).
