Thread: Diagonal line

How do I make a diagonal line? I'm trying to make a "not allowed" sign, I've got the circle okay with the "donut" shape but I can't make the line diagonal.

You would have to have some image editing software like photo shop or paint shop. I think i even have some DING fonts that will do this for you in one of those programs

Thanks! That's very thoughtful of you. I also, in the meantime, have found two free drawing programs: GIMP and Inkscape, which let you draw things pretty easily. I'll have to try to figure out how to combine them with BV.

Just as an extra note .. you can create a diagonal line in blue voda simply by inserting a shape and reducing its width and lengthening it as well .. works very well too ...

LadyEye, first thanks for responding. But when I move the blue boxes on any shape, rectangle, star, parallelogram, etc, they just narrow down to either a horizontal line or a vertical line, but never to a diagonal one. Please tell me how can I do what you are suggesting?

I should have explained further here .. you see I am Red Green, lol, you do know who that is right .. lol .. but you can do so by using two of the triangle shapes ..

> insert triangle, use the color you want to for the line .. then insert another triangle over it in white .. this will cover the rest of the triangle and you will have a diagonal line ..
