Thread: Guestbook In A Pop-up Window

Hello there everyone and good evening.I put a guestbook on my site.Is there anyone know how to make guestbook appear in a pop-up window with only the guestbook appear and not the entire webpage where it resides.You can check it here on my index page in the footer I put the link on my guestbook appearing in a pop-up window but I don't want the entire page to appear only the guestbook box so that the background is still my index page.Is there's a way to do that in bluevoda?Any ideas friends?

You could have the guest book appear in an inline frame on your home page, you will have to size the guest book to match the inline frame. I did this on one of my pages a while back (for a different pupose) but it worked nicely.

Hi, you can do. But remember to put your GB in the top left of the page that its on & un-check the center in browser button.
Then make a normal text link to your GB page with the open in a pop up window facility in the link area.

I did what you said but still the same,in the options for the link in pop-up window is there anything I will input because I live it all blank.Check again the page the entire page still appears.Thanks..

The guest book itself is an Iframe.............

Put it on a page and save it as a normal bv page (ie: bv places .html at the end.)
then in page properties use the popup box option..............

then link to the .html guestbook

change any links to .html extension.

I got it now..The guestbook appears in a pop-up window and I resize the page in the pop-up options.Thanks to all for your nice inputs...
