You linked it to the contact page instead of your success page. You need ot create and publish both a success and failure page and in the properties URL add the correct pages (these will be html)

When you create a form you need a success and error page to complete the process. The urls for those pages should be at the bottom of the form properties box. If you saved your success page as success the type in success.html same for the error page (error.html) This will link the button for you.

Right click on each one (in the correct tab order), click move to front. Do this for all of them including the send button.

Your form worked for me other, than the tab order being out of sequence, the fields not named and no link to the contact page on your menu bar.

Thank you for your reply. Can you tell me, 1) how what sequence my tabs should be in? 2) which of my fields are not named? 3) can you explain what you mean when you say "no link to the contact page on the menu bar?
thank you for any help you can give me.

For the tab order start from the top and work your way down just like anyone would when they fill out your form. As for the contact link, look at what you have now, if you click the button (for contact) it opens the mail handler, there is no link to the contact page. And for your form fill it out and submit it and you will see that it says edit box 1, edit box 2, etc. do you know what these fields are other than looking at the data you receive in the field? You should name each edit box, name for the name field, address, and so on. Then change your error message to say please enter your name insted of please enter a value for edit box 1, the user will not know what it is.

I see whats going on, you jumped someone elses thread. I was looking at the contact page for the one that started this thread (thats why you need to always start your own)

Ok you have you form linked to your order page not to your success page, how did you create this form (doesnt look like you used the form wizard). What did you name your success page as.

I'm sorry I did not know about creating a "thread" of my own, I will do that next time. I did create the form in the form wizard templet format. I think I might have made the submit button by itself, from the make from scratch form wizard. I just named my success page, "success page" so I guess I need help linking my pages. can you show me or tell me how to do this? thank so much for your help.

First your pages can not have spaces in them so name your success page just success and your error page error. In the form properties enter the page names success.html for the success url and error.html for the error url. Also when you named you form make sure it has no spaces in the name and that all the elements of the form are inside the dotted blue grid (comes up when you click an element to move it).
