Thread: need help!

I want include order forms that I have on excel onto the website I'm trying to build. I have saved to html but everytime I put the code in the html box, the code is all I see when I preview the page. I need them only to be filled out and then have them emailed to me. I don't need costs added together or anything just quantities for each item. If there is a way anyone can walk me through is it would be greatly appreciated.
