Thread: Form not submitting any values

Hey.
I posted a form inside an Iframe on my website's template. It works OK except for the fact that when someone enter his details it sends me a blank e-mail.
Meaning I get an e-mail saying: "Values submitted from site form" and nothing more. No name, no e-mail, no phone number.
Here is the link to my site - the form is on the top left of every page.
Please advise.

Change the encoding type from pain text to multipart/form-data
Save and republish.
