Thread: Do I need to use Flash?

I was just wondering - and this may sound like a joke since I'm a graphic designer. I have never used Flash before; so I'm not sure if it will solve what I'm looking to do. On the main page of my website, I want the main button icons arrayed around a central point. And all I want to do here is make the icons expand and alight a halo around them as you hover your mouse over each one; and it would also make a sound effect when you perform this action. Anyway, I'm just not sure what I need to do in order to achieve this effect. Thanks.

Hi, you could make up 2 images the same & add a halo to 1 of them and use the "roll over" facility in BV
