Hi, is it possible to make an image, for instance a logo on photoshop and then transfer it into my webpage. or better yet, make a template from photoshop and use it on bluevoda?

Yes! no problem. Usually best to keep it in jpg/gif/png formats.

Ok cool, and as for the size of page, do i set the pixels on photoshop according to the size i want to set on bluevoda?

Yap most like it. Remember that high res means difficulty for images to show up in browser. You could also try pix resizer tool by blue voda to ensure compatibility. say after photoshop to pix resizer and to webpage.

I would imagine PS has good facility's for image reduction.
