Thread: Want to create a tool bar that stays at the top and the rest of the page moves under

I want to create like a tool bar on top of the page, and then want only the text material below to move under it as you scroll and not the whole page. So at any given time if you want to exit, you do not have to go back scrolling upward now to get to the top to go to that tool bar. I hope you know what what I am trying to say. www.clublessjos.com
