    Default Statistic page..need to simplify

Ok...so I have had this football site up for over one year, have weekly and season stats pages up...but OMG.. does it ever suck updating the stats and rebuilding for new players.

Right now, I have tables with cells, and then create a new "text" for each cell...

This resembles a spread sheet, but doing it this way is just too much.

I have looked at Google docs, but I do not want this hosted off my site as I keep history stats, and want them located on site..

SO....any help with a spread sheet type of layout that can be viewed by everyone who comes to the site without a password (no sql) with a simplified text input would be appreciated.

Here is an example of the current layout. I post a weekly (per game) and a running total stat page....

If you can imagine...every cell in the table is an individual object...inserting a new player or rebuilding with new players for the current roster is an all day task..... help please!!!

oh, i am having the same issue!. i run a pony chuckwagon and chariot site, and in the summer, after every weekend i have to do the driver names, times, sponsers, points, heats (which race they were in) barrel postions, and penalties for each day, usually 2 days, but ranges from 2-5 day shows. and its right down to hundredths of a seconds, making sure i have the right times in the right places, then i have to do a total of each show, then a season total!!! its a nightmare!!! it was taking me upwards of 7 hours to do ONE day of standings, cell by cell. and the people want the stats within a day of the end of the show, and i was finishing just in time to start the next show!!!, so i started "print screen"-ing them and posting them as pictures, but alot of my visitors are on dial up, so loading the standings is excruciatingly long, and they want to print them to save them, and as a picture it only prints a fraction of the standings.

not to mention, my website is black background, with white font, and I would love to make an identical copy of the standings pages, but white background with black font so it is printer friendly.

i don't know much about other programs, and i am not very "techie", so copy and paste or drag and drop are ideal for me.

I hope someone can help me and the original poster!

    thanks!
