Thread: how to mute a page

Hello, I have a flash animation file which has sound enbedded in it, i would like to use this animation in my webpage but I do not want the sound, nor do I want to give the option of sound. Is there any way I can mute the animation or mute the whole page? I tried removing the sound from the flash file but i do not have the script so could not do it.

The only way to remove the sound would be to have the source file for the flash animation, remove the sound, and recompiled.
