Thread: Form not displaying

I created a form on my webpage and formatted it, but it doesn't show up live.

What could I be doing wrong?

Try .php as the extension when you go to the page, at a guess cos you forgot to put the link.

or publish it.

I tend to look around the back of my monitor as it often hides there.
