    Default Adding A Search Box

    Hi There,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to add a search box to their website that isn't a google search box. I want it to only search my site.
    Thanks.

You can configure the google search to only search your domain name.

If you don't want to use google at all, you will have to use a database (or text file, although this won't be as efficient) that contains any text you want to be be searchable. You would then create from that queries the database and a script to display the results.

If this is the route you want to take it by far easier to use a CMS which you can install through fantastico in cpanel. You would however be basically redoing your website.

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
