Thread: colour of shape

I am facing a problem, when I add a rectangle on one page and the colour chosen is white, then I add another rectangle on another page and choose the colour black.The colours are getting mixed up when published, either they are both white or both black, but on preview are correct.
Can anyone solve this?

This is because you insterted a shape and copied it, so any changes you make to one impacts the other.

Want 2 different shapes with different colours, then INSERT 2 SHAPES.

That seems to work, it would be nice if there is a place where all this is documented, as it prevents hours of time wasting. Time is money!
