Thread: Need Help!! Keep Getting "Internal Exception Error 12031" Error Code

Hi,

I'm trying to publish a page that I've published before, but I keep getting "Internal Exception Error 12031" error code. I've added a video to it using quicktime. When I view in preview, everything looks fine. When I try to publish, I keep getting that error code.

I've already done what your troubleshooting suggest about "Regedit" and added BlueVoda to firewall (but I've disable firewall try to get this to work & still nothing). I've submitted tickets (ID WOA-508046 & QYY-933934) twice, but the reply is exactly everything that I already did before I submitted tickets. No real person is reading my tickets, I keep getting computer-generated responses.
